This add-on extends your coverage to 12 months from the delivery date and is designed for customers who want a faster, simpler replacement experience if a covered issue comes up during normal use.

What’s covered

• Manufacturing defects and workmanship issues that affect normal use

• Hardware or functional issues that occur under normal, intended use

• One (1) replacement per covered item during the 12-month coverage period (upon claim approval)

What’s included

• Priority handling for warranty requests compared to standard claims

• A streamlined claim process so we can resolve issues quickly

• Coverage applies to the specific items in the order that this add-on is purchased for

What’s not covered

• Cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect function (light scratches, scuffs, finish changes)

• Damage from misuse, accidents, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear

• Loss, theft, or packages marked delivered

• Shipping-related issues (these are handled separately through Shipping Insurance, if added)

How to submit a claim

Email us with your order number and a short description of the issue. We may request a photo or short video to verify the issue and approve a replacement.

• Coverage begins on the delivery date and lasts 12 months

• This add-on is non-refundable once your order has been processed

• This protection is an enhancement to your warranty experience and does not limit any consumer rights you may have under applicable law
